In this translation of the Venerable Mahasi Sayadaw's talks, we choose to keep some of the Pāļi terms which are difficult to translate into English. Our intention is to assist the reader in appreciating the depth of these talks by having a deeper understanding of how these important concepts are used in this book.In addition, important terms have been capitalised. This is to visually emphasise their importance and helps the reader take extra notice. For example: Enlightenment, Arahant, Four Noble Truths, Nibbana (not italicised), etc.
